As we continue to expand, we a growing our financial controlling team to deep dive into our performance and reporting for future success. You’ll have a lot of responsibility straight away in a hypergrowth environment, so hunger to learn and adapt are essential in our Finance Controller (Segment) position.

**Your tasks**:
Responsible for constant improvement of internal and external reports (e.g. P&L, KPI reporting sheets) Preparing financial reports, dashboards and forecasts, valuation model to investors board Strong focus on all relevant controlling topics, e.g., KPI tracking, run ad-hoc analysis and develop recommendations for the management team Responsibility for coordination with internal and external consultants (Austria and abroad) to harmonize group accounts and their reporting Working closely with Tax & Accounting Team and 3rd parties (consultants) concerning relevant group topics (e.g. transfer pricing, auditing and related topics). Cooperate with the whole Finance team (Tax & Accounting, Legal, Data Science) to resolve variety of queries and setting up new standards and processes (e.g., BI-Tools, Databases).

**Who you are**:

- University degree in one of the following fields: economics with quantitative background, controlling, (quantitative) finance
- Experience in the field of controlling and finance, preferably in an international context but we love those who are equally just up for the new challenge
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills
- Other programming languages (e.g. SQL) and experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau) are an asset
- Fluency in English. Other languages are beneficial.
- Hands on, business minded, self-starter and autonomous, yet a collaborative team player
- Motivated to work in a fast paced ever changing start-up environment
- Fact based strategic and analytical thinking with ability to deep dive without losing the broader perspective.
