Your territory
**As part of our Marketing team, you will**:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns specifically designed for the UK market to achieve business objectives and drive our business growth there
Work closely with our channel managers, in particular SEA, social media, design and media buying in planning and executing marketing campaigns to boost sales
Thoroughly monitor, analyze and manage our campaign and market performance, identify opportunities and problems and translate these into actions and projects
Develop mid
- and long term view and strategy for UK marketing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing initiatives, including product launches, promotions, and advertising campaigns, ensuring they are tailored to the British audience
Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and consumer behavior in the UK market to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential
**Profile**:
**Key requirements**:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in planning and executing online ads and offline marketing campaigns
Analytical mindset and experience in working with budgets & campaign performance optimization
Good understanding of key marketing channels such as SEA, affiliate, social media and newsletter
In-depth knowledge of British consumer behavior, cultural nuances, market trends and media landscape
Native-level fluency in English is mandatory, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills
