Pluz Care offers a digital platform that connects customers with local pharmacies. Pluz delivers pharmaceutical and personal care products within one hour in Vienna. We help local pharmacies to expand their business and deliver a convenient delivery and digital consultation offering.

Tasks

Your Role & Responsibilities

As our marketing and scaling hero, you define and execute our go-to-market, marketing and growth strategy. If you want to do this in a fast-paced environment, then this is your role:

- You define on
- and offline marketing strategies and are involved in implementing them.
- You are responsible for our online and offline presence from social media to website and partnerships.
- You set ambitious customer acquisition and retention targets and know how to leverage all performance channels (incl. SEO, Social, Display, Influencer, CRM) to achieve them.
- You turn insights from sales and product into impactful campaigns on different channels.
- You manage the planning, budgeting, and KPI reporting for the whole marketing area.

**Requirements**:
What you need to succeed
- A strong track record in marketing and international growth (startup-focused).
- Experience in building marketing operations and strategy from the ground up (including customer definition, acquisition strategies, analytics implementations, and infrastructures like CRM).
- Experience in building a KPI-led marketing function with the relevant tools and processes from scratch.
- Several years of experience in steering multiple marketing disciplinaries simultaneously (performance marketing, product marketing).
- You are experienced with testing and optimising everything that makes up our marketing strategy.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for building successful businesses in teams.
- Fluency in German and English, excellent written and verbal skills.
- Last but not least: creativity and a can-do-mentality, high ambition and drive to achieve excellent results.
