We are actively seeking a dynamic and innovative AI Co-Founder (future CAIO) (f/m/d) to join Aiones. If you have a passion for AI, a drive for innovation, and a desire to be at the forefront of technological advancements, this is the opportunity for you.
Tasks

**Responsibilities**:

- Co-create and drive the vision for Aiones
- Hands-on development of our systems and product lineup
- Oversee and manage ML / LLM model development and deployment
- Build and lead a talented technical team, fostering collaboration and innovation
- Bridge the gap from strategy to implementation
- Take action in other areas of the venture when and where needed

**Requirements**:
**What you bring to the team**:

- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a demanding startup environment
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Strong knowledge of chat
- and document-based classification and extraction
- Well experienced with different types of databases (e.g. Graph / Vector / Relational)
- Expertise with ML Ops, as well as model training, evaluation and deployment cycles
- Deeply interested in applied machine learning use-cases
- Fluent in English, German or any other languages are a plus
- Previous startup experience is a plus
