We're building an AI-powered Bayesian Decision Dashboard that helps founders and investors make smarter, data-driven choices about growth, fundraising, and scaling strategy.

Our system blends Bayesian inference, adaptive AI, and domain expertise to simulate "what-if" business scenarios, quantify risk, and deliver actionable advisory insights — the decision-making assistant every startup leader wishes they had.

We're at the MVP stage, prototyping the Bayesian core, priors library, and simulation engine. The next step: develop a scalable architecture that connects founder data, advisor priors, and AI-generated recommendations.

Role: Co-Founder / Technical Lead

We're looking for a hands-on technical co-founder to architect, prototype, and scale our core platform.

You'll own the engineering vision — from Bayesian inference modules to lightweight LLM integrations (via Bedrock / OpenAI), and the founder-facing dashboard.

You'll work on:

  • Designing the Bayesian reasoning engine (priors, posteriors, and simulation logic).
  • Building the data intake layer (CSV / Streamlit / API integrations).
  • Developing the decision simulator and visualization dashboard.
  • Integrating optional LLM summarization for advisory outputs.
  • Shaping the technical roadmap toward product-market fit and investor readiness.

Ideal Background

  • 5+ years experience as developer, ML engineer, or solutions architect.
  • Strong Python + data stack (NumPy, pandas, PyMC / Stan / similar).
  • Familiarity with Bayesian methods or probabilistic reasoning.
  • Postgres plus column/NoSQL; Kafka/eventing; cac
  • Experience deploying early-stage products (Streamlit, Dash, React, or FastAPI).
  • Passion for decision science, startup strategy, or AI for business reasoning.
