**Co-Founder for Start-up**

We are METADOX, a start-up in the gaming sector with a unique product. Having bootstrapped and already gaining revenue, we are looking for a co-founder to realize our ambitious goals to become the worldwide leader in providing sound-dampening masks.

We will be highly impressed by very smart people with early stage start-up experience, a huge ambition to build a high-growth company, with strong business & communication skills and the willingness to invest time to make this big. Do you want to be part of it?

Critical Success Factors for the role:

- A very smart person in terms of entrepreneurship & business/financial knowledge
- Highly skilled with excellent ideas
- A mature & energetic/dynamic person who wants to try out something new and has the vision to make something big and is willing to invest time into it
- Experience in early stage start-ups and proven success in the global market (distributing hardware products worldwide is a plus)
- Grow the venture, open doors, and bring in investors
- Affinity to technical products (experience in the gaming sector to understand users needs a plus)
- Identify new opportunities
- Vendor identification, negotiations and relationship management
- Deploy, develop and implement solutions in a cost-efficient manner
- Developing, executing and accelerating our go-to-market strategy, delivering strong revenue growth, and increasing market share
- Define pricing strategies and structures to optimize sales growth and profitability
- Strategic thinking in building business and operational thinking in terms of production processes including order management
- Financial planning - co-founders need a solid grasp of financial planning and forecasting and should be able to set milestones and budgets to ensure solvency and long-term growth
- Responsible for the operational costs for production, sales and marketing versus budgets
- Enthusiasm and self-confidence
- Experience in digital marketing
- Willingness to join the startup rollercoaster incentivized by substantial shares in the company
