- With us you will be responsible for
- working in teams developing and implementing modern data solutions for our customers
- taking a leading role in developing and communicating data lake and data platforms concepts and their delivery
- clarifying the big picture for the end-to-end journey of data: ranging from ingestion over storing and transformation to various forms of consumption
- balancing technological possibilities with business feasibility of our customers
- helping to define technology roadmaps and solutions
- interacting with our customers through collaborative and partially virtual workshop settings
- becoming a trusted advisor around data topic providing for key customers
- We expect you to have
- +5 years of work experience in designing data solutions and platforms
- strong conceptual skills that help to sketch and communicate complex solutions
- know-how and experience in data warehouse development and planning (e.g., BI/BW )
- experience with tabular architecture (e.g. star schema, data vault)
- experience in development of data pipelines (ETL, ELT) for batch & streaming data
- know-how and experience with cloud technologies (e.g. Azure or AWS)
- advantageous is knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Python, Java, R, )
- optionally worked with Hadoop Services (HDFS, Spark, Hive, Spark Streaming, Kafka), Azure Synapse and Databricks
- a consulting attitude and the ability to handle discussions in German and English
