**Essential Duties**:
- _
Design, manage and supervise the execution of the Research plans for development of _novel cell-derived therapies for Chronic Kidney Disease_
- _
Hire, lead and motivate a group of Research Associates in_ _complex development projects and sub-projects in the area of therapeutic EVs_
- _
Independently design experiments to evaluate exosome function in _kidney _disease models._
- _
Maintain a cutting-edge awareness of technical developments and scientific knowledge in the area of exosome research._
- _
Facilitat_e_ communication between internal, external, and third-party teams_
- _
Results-driven project management and planning_
- _
Ensur_e_ project quality throughout all stages_
- **Key Requirements**:
- _
PhD _Degree Immunology/Chemistry/_Nanotechnology/_Biochemistry/Microbiology, or _similar field_
- _
Experience in Extracellular Vesicles and/or Liposomal formulations is an advantage_
- _
Several years of experience in project management, preferably in a pharmaceutical, biotech or medical environment_
- _
E_xperience with exosomes and therapeutics is a plus_
- _
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills_
- _
Ability to work well in a team, experience in managing interdisciplinary teams_
- _
Goal-oriented and flexible_
- _
Excellent command of both written and spoken English is a plus_
- _
Austrian Citizenship is an advantage_
