In your new job you will:

- **Plan, organize, and control IC development projects **throughout the project life-cycle
- **Act as the main contact for all questions **regarding the projects you are driving
- **Lead and coordinate the overall project team**:

- Marketing, Application Engineering, Design, Layout, Product and Test Engineering
- **Be fully responsible for all operational decisions **concerning a given project and for the successful achievements of the defined target
- **Act as interface to front end and back end production **and logistics
- **Coordinate and synchronize activities **with technology and package development teams
- **Regularly report to Business Line management **and take care of project documentation and archival process in compliance with defined development process

This position can be staffed at our sites in
**Villach **or
**Pavia.**

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- **A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering **or similar field or Business Administration
- **At least 5 years of working experience in the semiconductor **or related industries, preferably dealing with multisite/multicultural teams
- **Knowledge in project life-cycle **and **related project management processes **and methodologies (e.g. planning, risk management, tracking, reporting )
- **Understanding of semiconductor technologies **and products**:

- **Fluent English skills **(Italian and German will be a plus)**
