Project Management
You are a proactive, self-motivated and result-oriented person, able to contribute and lead technical discussions in an efficient way. You possess a strong communication ability, aligned with a good set of presentation and negotiation skills.
You are best equipped for this position if you have:
- A degree in **Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Chemistry **or similar
- 3 - 5 years of **experience **within the **semiconductor industry **, preferably in the area of process & technology development or frontend production - experience in SiC and GaN is beneficial
- First experience as a **project manager **(having led your own projects yet) - being a certified project manager would be a great asset
- Pronounced **problem solving orientation **and **c **ollaborative way of working**:
- Convincing **communication and presentation skills **to work successfully with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent **English **skills, German as a plus
