In your new job you will: - **Manage a local R&D team **with team members focusing on **technology development **and **project management**: - **Plan the budget **for high voltage Si/SiC R&D activities including **alignment with other divisions**: - **Develop technology project managers of R&D projects **within Si/SiC technologies - **Be responsible for resource management, planning, performance appraisal **and **target setting (STEPS) **for the respective resource pool - **Coordinate effective interaction **with **product and technology development teams **at all relevant Infineon sites, including Munich and Kulim, as well as with the backend production and development in Warstein and Cegled You are a self-motivated person who strives for performance, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. You ensure the best results by foresighted planning, understanding root causes of potential project delays, and developing suitable solutions.
