As our new **Project Manager **, you will be responsible for **planning **, **organizing **, and **controlling **multi-site and multi-national development projects **that focus on green energy and sustainability. You will work closely with our team of **SiC **and Si technology experts **to develop products that are **highly efficient **, **environmentally **friendly **, and **sustainable **.

This role will challenge you from **organizational **to **technical skills **, from out-of-the-box-thinking to following established processes.
- Develop new highly efficient technologies for **power electronic**:

- Lead **Platform **projects with several **subprojects (technology, product, package, software, innovation)**:

- Plan, organize and control **multi-site and multi-national development projects **ensuring the **compliance of schedule **, **costs **, **performance **and **quality objectives**:

- Form and lead the **project team including virtual environment**:

- Set up **systematic experiments **for **engineering sample builds**:

- **Team up **with **systems architect **to develop best in class products
- Maintain the overview and understanding of **technical interdependencies **in order to proactively identify the most complex problems
- Conduct **risk management **, **plan experiments **, assess **test chips and prototypes **and make decisions in the project based on results
- **Identify stakeholders **and **develop relationships **while being aware of their interest for the projects

**Your electrifying toolkit includes**:

- A **Master’s degree **or **PhD **. in **Electrical Engineering **, **Physics **, **Material Science **or comparable field
- At least **5 years of professional experience **within the **semiconductor industry **, ideally in the area of **technology **, **product **and / or **package **development**:

- A solid **technical understanding of power device physics **, **materials science **, **technology development **and **semiconductor processing**:

- Convincing **communication **and **presentation skills **to work successfully with internal and external stakeholders
- **Fluent English skills**

**Nice to have**:

- Experience in **project management **(ideally with a background in semiconductors), a **PJM certification **as a plus
- **Agile **Project Management experience to lead **Software **Projects
- Knowledge of wide bandgap semiconductors is of advantage
- German language skills are beneficial
