Senior Project Leader Product Development

In your new job you will:

- **Manage projects from initiation to completion**, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
- **Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation plans**, and **risk management plans**:

- **Lead cross-functional teams**, including but not limited to Design, Test, Charactrization, Quality, Front End and Back End teams, etc. and drive very ambitious (short cycle) schedules
- **Collaborate with stakeholders**to define project objectives, scope, and timelines fit into dynamic business needs
- **Analyze and resolve project-related issues**, using advanced problem-solving skills and root cause analysis
- **Ensure compliance with quality**and **reliability standards**:

- **Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders**and **customers**using active listening and conflict management skills
- **Identify**and **implement process improvements to increase efficiency**and **productivity
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- **A university degree in electrical engineering**or a related discipline
- **6+ years of experience in project management**, preferably in the semiconductor industry
- **Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes**, including **GaN HEMT, IGBT, Diode**and **SiC**technologies
- **Proven track record of successfully managing projects**with multiple stakeholders and teams
- **Excellent leadership, communication,**and **interpersonal skills**:

- **Strong problem-solving**and **analytical skills**, with the ability to think outside the box
- **Experience with project management tools**such as MS Project, iProjEx, and Jama
- **Strong understanding of quality**and **reliability standards**:

- **Ability to work in a fast-paced environment**with multiple priorities

**Nice to have**:

- **Experience with lean procedures and process improvements**:

- **Knowledge of document management, front-end testing processes, and data review**:

- **Experience with conflict management and negotiation**
