**Head of Department - Litho IC-Substrate (M/F/d)**:
As part of the project to establish our state of the art IC Substrate manufacturing plant in Europe, you will lead and manage one of the production areas. In the initial stage, one of your goals will be to hire 50 new employees as well as setting up and drive agile business processes. With your leadership and dedication, you will then bring the project to an operation phase to ensure a successful ramp of the new plant.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Supervise all planning and operation activities of a dedicated area incl. cost center ownership
- Ensure that all jobs within the department are performed safely, efficiently and accurately according to our high internal standards with being a role model
- Develop, set, coordinate, review corrective actions and make sure their execution is timely and accurately to all quality standards
- Secure compliance with applicable global and local rules and regulations regarding labor laws, EHS, etc.
- Lead and continuously develop your team with an open mindset and high level of support
- Contribute in the initial project phase to the definition of standards, recruiting of employees, defining shop floor and process system

**Your Profile**:

- University degree (Bachelor/Master) or higher technical college with several years working experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Manager in the Electronics manufacturing (Semicon background is an advantage)
- Committed leader with strong interpersonal skills and systematic approach
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage several complex issues simultaneously
- Intercultural awareness and international work experience will be a big benefit
- Highly flexible, adaptable and stress resistant
- English & German language proficiency is required

Our salary packages are competitive, take individual qualifications, and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labor agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 70.000;
