**Head of Operational Excellence (f/m/d)**:
We are looking for an experienced and professional Head of Operational Excellence with strong leadership skills to lead the overall responsibility of the Operational Excellence department and all business process excellence activities globally.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Develop the Operational Excellence department in line with the Business & Operational Excellence strategy
- Develop and implement the AT&S production system (Lean, Six Sigma & Factory Physics) and ensure the continuous improvement of set standards
- Implement Operational Excellence digital tools (e.g. digital twin, smart scheduling)
- Train and coach experts and managers to ensure best-practice sharing across Business Units

**Your Profile**:

- 5+ years of experience as Head of Operational Excellence or Head of Industrial Engineer
- 3+ years of experience in the PCB, semiconductor or comparable electronic industry
- University degree (Uni/FH) in industrial engineering, industrial management, or economics (BWL)
- Policy Deployment (Hoshin Kanri) competence
- Strong competences in Value Stream Management and Shop Floor Management
- Project Management and Engineering methods
- Strong English skills (additional language is a plus)
- Willingness to travel

Our salary packages are competitive and take individual qualifications and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labour agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 90.000;
