To enhance our successful Corporate Strategy Team at the Headquarters in Leoben, Austria, we are looking for a passionate Head of Project Management Office (f/m/d) We are seeking a highly structured and proactive leader to head our Project Management Office (PMO). In this role, you will lead a lean, high-impact team to ensure strategic initiatives stay on track, risks are identified early, and performance is driven through data and insight. You will work closely with workstream leaders and executives to align efforts with business priorities, resolve challenges, and deliver measurable outcomes that enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Aufgaben Build and lead the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring all workstreams are aligned with strategic goals, progressing as planned, and delivering measurable resultsEstablish and maintain a centralized reporting system that serves as the single source of truth for project performance and progress trackingEvaluate project delivery strategies and play a leading role in assessing and mitigating risks, and support workstream leaders in problem-solving and course correctionConduct data-driven analysis to uncover trends, performance gaps, and opportunities, delivering actionable insights to senior leadershipSupport the organization in adopting change through structured communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation of value stream mapping and process improvement Profil Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in project or program management, including a strong leadership track record. Experience in management or strategy consulting is considered a valuable asset.Proven experience in managing complex change initiatives, with a strong understanding of project lifecycle, stakeholder management, and organizational transformationDemonstrated ability to lead and inspire diverse teams.
