**Business and Operational Excellence Manager(f/m/d)**:
We are looking for a professional with in-depth knowledge in lean management and a passion for driving improvement. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting all business and operational excellence activities in our new R&D and Innovation Center.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Initiate and coordinate shop floor management activities in our new R&D and Innovation Center
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Training Specialist to ensure high quality training standards
- Ensure the implementation of a continuous improvement process and the operational excellence tools
- Conduct projects ranging from small scale improvements to bigger light house projects
- Initiate continuous improvement projects and work closely together with Production Planning on lean efficiency
- Align and share best practices with different AT&S sites on Operational Excellence topics
- Coordinate the onboarding, training and development with HR and all plant functions to ensure high employee satisfaction and continuous development

**Your Profile**:

- BA or MA in a related field (e.g., Industrial Management)
- 3+ years of experience as an Operational Excellence Manager
- 3+ years of experience in the electronics industry
- Competence in Value Stream Mapping and Shop Floor Management
- Project management skills and good knowledge of engineering methods
- High level presentation and moderation skills, as well as didactic, train-the-trainer knowledge
- Willingness to travel and ability to work in an international team
- Full written and oral English proficiency

Our salary packages are competitive and take individual qualifications and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labour agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 70.000;
