**Business Development Manager (M/F/d)**:
As Business Development Manager, with a focus either on Automotive or Industrial business, you will be responsible to define sales targets and a customer portfolio for the dedicated strategic areas. You ensure the achievement of P&L, budgets and schedules in collaboration with operational sales. You will be reporting directly to our Director Business Line 3S.

***Your Responsibilities**:

- Define target customers and initial development by generating leads, seek out the appropriate contact in an organization, contact prospective customers, organize face-to-face meetings
- Build strong and lasting customer relationships by presenting AT&S products, identifying current and future customer needs and being able to respond effectively with a plan to meet; enhance the customer engagement
- Plan, initiate and manage joint strategic development programs between customers and internal cross-functions (R&D, Sales, etc.), including management of product development as well as implementation of go-to-market strategies/plans
- Collaborate with management on maintaining and developing short - and long-term business development plans; Perform strategic analysis, define and implement the growth solutions for the Business Line
- Manage and lead a team of Business Development Managers

***Your Profile**:

- Minimum 7 years work experience in a Business Development, Product Management, Market Research or Sales function; Electronic industry experience is an advantage
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent, MBA is an advantage
- Experience in leading a multinational team
- Expertise in the field of Automotive or Industrial business
- Strategic thinker, analytical mindset with excellent presentation skill and communication skill
- Team player, determined and resistance, open-minded and with good intercultural awareness
- Excellent skills in MS Office
- Proficient in English, German skill is an extra point

Your HR Team

Our salary packages are competitive and take individual qualifications and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labour agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 70.000;
