**Plant Purchasing Manager (f/m/d)**:
As Plant Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for the plant purchasing strategy, as well as spend management, price negotiations, risk management and supplier relationship management.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Manage and develop the procurement team to best support plant operations, driving team performance
- Manage procurement operations to ensure on-time delivery for production
- Provide spend analysis, cost savings analysis and supplier performance reporting
- Operative procurement of machinery and services for the plant, ensuring optimum timing, quantity, most economical price and coordination with designated plant business unit
- Create contractual agreements, safeguarding the availability of goods and services
- Support development projects as responsible representative of strategic procurement and define sourcing strategies for new products
- Promote supplier competition in terms of technology, quality, supply chain excellence, total cost, environment and ethical compliance
- Collaborate with defined business departments enabling business growth and value generation

**Your Profile**:

- University Degree in the commerce, economics or technical area, or equivalent relevant experience
- 8 years professional experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 4 years team management experience
- Market knowledge of regional and international supplier industry
- Fluent English knowledge, additional German is a plus
- IT skills: MS Office package (Word, Excel, Access); SAP MM Know-how
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated team-player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with international stakeholders
