**Manager Continuous Improvement - Six Sigma (f/m/d)**:
As the Manager Continuous Improvement, you will ensure the continuous improvement within AT&S, focusing on Six Sigma, in order to achieve planned impact. As such, your knowledge in operational excellence and project management will aid in defining the strategic direction of AT&S moving forward.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Define global strategies in order to develop global/local roadmaps and KPIs
- Create the global continuous improvement portfolio in alignment with Hoshin Kanri breakthrough objectives
- Establish continuous improvement tracking and monitoring systems
- Provide Six Sigma training and workshops to AT&S employees
- Lead cross-BU projects for optimization and creation of standards

**Your Profile**:

- Certified Six Sigma (Master) Black Belt with minimum 5 years experience
- Technical degree with a strong economic background; MBA is preferred
- Advanced knowledge in conflict and change management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage cross functional teams
- English fluent (additional language is a plus)

Our salary packages are competitive, take individual qualifications, and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labor agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 80.000;
