To enhance our successful **Global Sales Team** at our **Headquarters in** **Leoben (Austria)** we are seeking to fill the newly created position with an:
**Contract Manager Sales (f/m/d)**:
As the Contract Manager Sales, you will support contract life cycle management (CLM) in close collaboration with the Legal Department to ensure a state of the art CLM. As such, you will be responsible for reviewing contracts by account managers and other stakeholders, leading risk assessment of business relationships, and managing signatures of contracts.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Support identification and co-development (with Legal Department) of appropriate contracting models and/or terms and conditions
- Monitor compliance of Sales department with established processes and support process improvements
- Review contractual performance and ensure that suitable contractual arrangements are in place
- Support Legal Department in implementation and development of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software
- Support Legal Department in trainings of Sales colleagues

***Your Profile**:

- University commercial or legal degree with technical understanding is preferable
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in contract management or similar position
- Good understanding of various enterprise systems (SAP, BW, CRM, etc.)
- Strong internal and external customer orientation
- Entrepreneurial thinker with strong project management skills
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)

Our salary packages are competitive and take individual qualifications and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labour agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 50.000;
