**About the job**
As an E2E Customer Process Manager Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and continuous improvement of our end-to-end (E2E) Value Chain process globally across RHI Magnesita. In close collaboration with the Sales department, you will develop and implement strategies that address both behavioral and system aspects of the value chain, while establishing governance to ensure ongoing oversight and optimization. Additionally, you will execute and analyze data from customer satisfaction surveys, acting as a liaison between the CRM and Sales departments to conduct related analyses. Your role will also involve supporting the implementation of key processes in our CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, S4HANA, O9 SCM), and driving change management initiatives to ensure their success.
**In addition, your tasks will include**:
- Building or enhancing Power-BI dashboards and running relevant data analysis
- Setting, tracking and improving key performance indicators supporting the E2E Value Chain process and for the customer satisfaction survey globally
- Providing support material (live trainings, step-by-step-tutorials etc.) to ensure successful the above-mentioned Sales processes

**What we expect from you in terms of**
**Education & skills**
- Strong experience in operational CRM management, ideally in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience with S4HANA, O9 SCM tools or other reporting tools related to PowerBI will be an asset
**Languages**
- English - Proficient/Fluent
- Any other language is considered an asset
**Work Experience**
- Ideally good understanding on the refractory business and ability to engage with Sales and understand roadblocks and suggestions for the E2E Value Chain implementation
- A few years of relevant professional experience working with technical marketing and/or sales processes and/or data analysis

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 65.000,00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification and experience, as well as the amount of overtime and your level of seniority. We will make sure to offer you a competitive salary package that values your relevant background and that’s in line with market values.
