Global Program Process Excellence Manager

Your responsabilities:

- Oversees the Global Programs E2E process governance and improvement
- Identifies common process challenges across various stakeholders and functions involved in the GP value chain
- Drives continuous improvement and ensure scalability of processes to support efficient business growth
- Supports the identification of corrective measures with internal and external stakeholders to enable efficiencies and improved service performance in Global Programs. This will require the use of tools and reports to assess performance and trends to identify areas that are impacting delivery of Global Programs.
- Challenges current methods and practices offering new ideas and solutions to enhance performance across the GP lifecycle
- Identifies solutions and works with Ops & Tech, Global Middle Office and Shared Services to implement
- Ensure our operational model is fit for purpose to support the customer offering throughout all Lines of Business
- Supports development and organization of training where needed, including GP Round Up sessions and Network Partner / Producing Office refresher trainings
- Supports the GISMO Business Product Owner by providing findings and opportunities for improvements, requirements gathering, and acting as SME where needed
- Drives continuous improvement and best practice sharing alongside the GP program implementation value chain
- Independently runs or supports GP related projects that include SMEs / Stakeholders from various functions in the organization
- Supports governance function and GP related projects, as well as GP Transformation
- Support development and distribution of Global Program communications to both Producing Offices / Underwriting community and Network Partners as needed.
- Position may include requirement to travel to meet internal GP stakeholders, supporting further development of the GP E2E platform
- Participation in AXA XL projects and initiatives concerning Global Program evolution.
- Adherence to the AXA Group and AXA XL code of conduct, CSR, AML, Data Security and other internal guidelines.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

- Process mining / design, consulting, project and/or change management background
- Preferably professional experience in the insurance industry, ideally in commercial insurance / Global Programs
- Fluent English language skills - additional languages appreciated
- Very good MS Office knowledge (especially Excel, Powerpoint), Power BI knowledge appreciated
- Strong organizational skills, diligence and dedication, good time management
- Training and communication skills to proficiently engage with global stakeholders
- High sense of responsibility and intercultural awareness
- Service and solution-oriented thinking and actions, data driven mindset
- Being a team player, openness and enthusiasm in dealing with other cultures.

This role reports to the Head of Global Program Service Performance, within Global Program Services.
