As Workplace Experience Program Manager, you'll be responsible for program design, development, planning, and managing various workplace experience and culture activation programs and a variety of annual and seasonal employee-related events.
- Leading global workplace experience programs for our hybrid-first workforce to activate culture and **empower **the global workplace experience.
- Creating, planning, and executing global workplace experience projects in strong partnership with local culture ambassadors, workplace operations teams, and internal experts.
- Harmonizing and streamlining existing event formats to align with Dynatrace’s overarching **Employer Brand** and **Employee Experience**.
- Strategic event and global celebration management, budget tracking, coordinating and overseeing local execution in strong collaboration with our local teams, i.e., annual winter party, ERG celebrations, DEIB initiatives, etc.
- Measure the success of your program, create and manage initiative surveys, analyze feedback, and provide recommendations to improve programs in the future.
- Facilitator of global team/management meetings - with the goal of identifying local needs and supporting Dynatrace colleagues in establishing **local culture** activation programs.
- Cultivate in-person and virtual relationships with our regional culture champions, which are employee volunteers, as they're the key to our success.

**Qualifications**:

- 7+ years of experience as a project manager or workplace specialist.
- Hands-on professional experience in culture activation or people empowerment activities.
- Experience in international and multi-location project management with management of multiple smaller concurrent as well as large-scale projects.
- Experience in planning and out-rolling global event concepts and managing respective budgets.
- Experience in developing strategies and goals and owning ongoing communication with stakeholders for alignment and updates.
- Experience in using data, reporting, and/or tools to measure performance and adjust accordingly.
- Critical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

- Due to legal reasons, we're obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 53,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a** higher salary **in line with qualifications and experience.
