Join our team and work as Workplace manager in our Bratislava office.

You will be responsible for
handling requirements related to Workplace (notebooks, phones, connectivity etc.)
managing and maintaining company’s technological equipment for SK/CZ branch
replacements, exchanges and repairs of devices (i.e. troubleshoot issues during device usage)
installing, upgrading and managing software and hardware on company devices
keeping an inventory of all hardware assets
providing the link between a company’s technical teams and end-users
providing technical support or guidance to all the employees
responsible for newcomer's handover process + training on using hardware, software and our services (hardware and software preparation, entry presentation, office environment introduction, first log in, setting up phone, work from home)
monitoring Erste Digital internal policies and rules related to Workplace
keeping an eye on cost planning and budgeting for Workplace
being member of international team supporting Workplace activities
Your desired background
high interest in Workplace related issues
some kind of IT know how - both Hardware and Software related
fluent in English (written and spoken), German is a big advantage
communication skills, self-organization, not afraid of taking responsibility, pro-active approach, team spirit, customer-oriented with friendly attitude, “solution finding approach”
similar working experience are plus but not must
