**Your tasks**:
GoStudent has experienced significant growth through hiring and today has offices in 23 countries globally. Many of our employees work remotely or with a hybrid set up. We would like to bring a passionate leader on board who looks at the Workplace experience holistically.

Within your role you will be responsible for:

- Identify specific employee needs by establishing use cases to understand from an employee’s perspective in which environment work can be performed efficiently.
- Strategize and design a Work Space Charter which reflects Core Values of GoStudent globally and which employees around the world can identify with when visiting or working from an office outside their home base.
- Closely partner with HR Managers in Core HR Operations and IT support teams to ensure physical aspects of office onboarding reflect an excellent experience throughout and minimises service delivery gaps, as well as workforce planning in general.
- Measure and track progress of implementation of initiatives via employee engagement surveys or other adequate tools.
- Optimising service provider and/or landlord relationships (for office space) by reviewing contracts and making sure that SLAs are met, and all costs are accurately planned and reported (e.g. utility bills including repairs & maintenance, security services, crisis & safety protocols, electrical, office supplies, furniture, plants, food & catering.
- Establishing effective core processes and tools for office operations such as incoming and outgoing post, deliveries (facilities), office moves, booking meeting rooms, visitor management.
- Manage and develop a diverse regional team of Office Managers.

**Who you are**:

- 5 -7 years of professional experience in a similar capacity within a global work environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in delivering improved physical workplace experiences.
- Creative problem-solver with a knack for designing compelling office spaces.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced, fluid environment
- Ability to effectively prioritise tasks while delivering key results in the OKR process.
- Experience managing office operations and budget planning.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills and key stakeholder management.
- Occasional travel to maintain relationships with local Office Managers and get a good understanding of local work spaces
- Fluent English.
