Quality Assurance Specialist

**Stellenbeschreibung** - Ensure compliance with DO & CO International Catering Food Safety Standards. - Stay updated on and implement relevant legislation. - Plan and monitor quality assurance measures, occasionally on-site. - Identify and mitigate risks per the HACCP concept. - Support event planning for good hygiene practices (e.g., mobile kitchens). - Research and implement country-specific food regulatory requirements. - Train kitchen, service, and management personnel. - Conduct internal audits at events and various locations. - Manage allergen labelling. - Oversee and plan cleaning processes as needed. - Coordinate with external laboratories and cleaning product suppliers. - Review events for continuous improvement. - Handle administrative tasks (material management and ordering). - Plan and assign team members for events. - Support new projects with expertise in Quality Management and Food Safety. - Liaise with external bodies to update production processes as legislation changes. - Ensure HACCP concept and Good Hygiene Practices are met at all levels. **Unternehmensbeschreibung** As a global powerhouse in the hospitality and airline industry, DO & CO is one of the most exciting and revered businesses across the globe.
