**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**

As Senior Product Manager at ToolSense you translate our product vision into strategic goals for you and the team. You will act as a role model and lead product development from product discovery to product delivery using best-in-class methodologies. You will work in a cross-functional role with our key accounts and internal teams from Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering and lead cross-team initiatives.
- You develop a deep understanding of our market, our customers' personas, their problems, and their jobs-to-be-done
- You communicate a clear and tangible vision of your product to the team
- You measure your success against the success of your product's users, e.g. through the targeted use of product analytics and optimization of meaningful KPIs
- You align the team with strategic goals, relevant KPIs, and the respective product roadmap
- You connect and account for implications of your product decisions with financial dynamics
- You plan and execute the product roadmap based on an objectively prioritized backlog, decomposing complex problems and writing clear specifications for the engineering team
- You lead product delivery in an agile environment and guide the team through all sprint activities
- You coach other product managers on the team and foster knowledge sharing
- You lead product marketing and product analytics initiatives to ensure users benefit from new functionality following product delivery
- You provide your in-depth understanding to other teams in Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Design and Engineering as a helper and enabler

**YOUR PROFILE**
- You're attracted to a challenging, fast-paced environment and have previously proven in a similar role that you are self-motivated, data-driven, highly reliable, structured, and know what needs to be done to successfully bring products to market.
- You have 4+ years of professional experience in various B2B SaaS product management roles and have led product discovery and product delivery as part of a dual-track agile approach.
- As a Senior Product Manager, you act as a role model. Other team members learn from your methods and processes, and you have an intrinsic interest in sharing your knowledge
- You understand product management as the sweet spot between business, design and technology and can quickly identify, complement and successfully balance requirements from these 3 areas.
- You are familiar with state-of-the-art product discovery and product delivery methodologies and have an intrinsic interest in understanding market and user dynamics to make far-reaching decisions with the team
- You are familiar with design and prototyping tools and preferably have a technical background in web technologies
- You are responsible and eager to continuously add value to the customer.
- You have a very good command of German (C2 level) and English (C1 level), both written and spoken
- You enjoy working with people, are goal-oriented and distinguish yourself through excellent communication skills and assertiveness
- You learn with us from mistakes and bring your good mood to the team
- You have a strong sense for good product design
