Wir besetzen aktuell eine Stelle als Senior Product Manager bei einer der führenden Fachgroßhandelsgruppen Europas in Berlin.

In dieser Rolle übernimmst du zuerst die Product Ownership für die Domäne Buy, d.h. den Warenkorb, Checkout sowie das Kundenkonto des neu gelaunchten E-Commerce-Shops.

Parallel dazu entwickelst du dich nach einer kurzen Einarbeitungszeit in die Rolle des Head of Product (HoP) für die gesamte Produktorganisation von aktuell 3 PMs, welche aktuell noch vom Director E-Commerce direkt geleitet wird. In dieser HoP Rolle definierst Du gemeinsam mit deinem Team Produktvision und -strategie und bist verantwortlich für die übergreifende Produkt-Roadmap.

Du kannst dich dabei auf ein Team von sehr erfahrenen E-Commerce POs verlassen und entwickelst dich sukzessive in die Rolle des Impulsgebers, Unterstützers und Sparringspartners für die anderen POs. Dabei lässt du sie volles Ownership für ihre Domains leben.

Parallel dazu baust du dein Team weiter aus, sodass du die Verantwortung für deine Domäne mittelfristig an einen PO abgeben und dich voll auf die HoP Rolle konzentrieren kannst.

Du solltest für diese Rolle mehrjährige Erfahrung als PM/ PO für E-Commerce Produkte sowie ausgeprägte konzeptionelle & analytische Fähigkeiten mitbringen.

| REMOTE WORK POLICY

Du kannst in dieser Rolle hybrid remote aus dem Office in Berlin arbeiten (~2-3 Tage pro Woche). Solltest Du für diese Rolle nach Berlin umziehen, dann werden Deine Relocation Kosten natürlich übernommen.
