**Your responsibilities at waterdrop**:
As a Team Lead Supply Chain Fulfillment (M/F/d), you will play a key role in leading end-to-end operational performance across assembly, warehousing, and order fulfillment. You will ensure seamless execution, efficient resource utilization, and exceptional customer service across multiple channels.

Your Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team across multi-channel order fulfillment, warehousing and assembly, ensuring operational excellence and team engagement.
- Foster team and talent development by building a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and collaboration.
- Drive performance management, setting clear KPIs and monitoring progress to ensure operational targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness while delivering a seamless customer experience.
- Oversee and optimize 3PL relationships, including contract negotiation, and service level adherence aligned with customer and market expectations.
- Ensure accurate system transactions that reflect warehouse operations and align with controlling and financial processes.
- Ensure accurate stock level alignment between the ERP system (NetSuite) and the Warehouse Management System, and provide comprehensive inventory reporting to finance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with demand and supply planning, logistics, commercial teams, finance, IT, legal and compliance to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
- Own and manage the Logistics Budget, ensuring financial discipline and transparency across all operations.

**Your strengths and qualifications**:

- You have Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related fields
- You have at least 5 years professional experience in supply chain, preferably in order fulfillment/warehouse management
- You have strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- You have a hands-on mentality with a core focus on problem solving
- You have the ability to multitask and set the right priorities in a fast moving environment
- You have strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team
- You are reliable and organized way of working with a willingness to go the extra mile
- You are Business fluent in English and preferably also in German

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 60.000 gross per year on a full-time basis. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.
