**What you will do / Deine Verantwortung**:

- Operative Bearbeitung von polizeilichen Anfragen, Anwaltsschreiben und Insolvenzanträgen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Risikomanagement bei neuen Betrugsmustern und Verbesserung der Risikomanagement-Software
- Unterstützung von Projekten und Initiativen zur Prozessverbesserung
- Identifizieren/Analysieren von Betrugsmustern und Ergreifen von Gegenmaßnahmen
- Anlaufstelle für Händler
- oder Kundenbeschwerden

**Your profile / Dein Profil**:

- Du studierst derzeit mit den Schwerpunkten Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Mathematik, Volkswirtschaftslehre oder Jura
- Du hast Interesse oder sogar erste Erfahrungen in der Betrugsprävention und dem Schutz von Kunden vor Betrug.
- Du hast sehr gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich)
- Du hast eine strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
- Du hast Spaß an der Arbeit in einem schnelllebigen, operativen Umfeld
