**Position is located at our Vienna office (Full time)**
- Project manager and assistant to the Head of Sales, with focus on active pharmaceutical ingredients (API's) used in the production of human and veterinary drugs
- Managing customers and suppliers relationship focusing on the the pre
- and after sales-activities
- Cross functional position with the aim to coordinate all activities that are necessary to a swift product launch, including a constant interaction with all our international departments (legal/logistics/regulatory and quality)

**Responsabilities**
- Support to the Head of Sales in managing new projects and international customers for API and FDFs
- Pre
- and After-Sales support activities with direct interaction with customers and suppliers around the world
- Improve operational activities
- Develop and maintain excellent communication and relationships with strategic and new partners
- Attend customer and supplier meetings
- Working within an international team and with cross functional departments (sales/finance/logistics/quality and regulatory)
- Support identifying and evaluating new potential APIs for development.
- Work on presentations and marketing material within the marketing and sales department

**Requirements**:

- Some work experience in project management and sales of APIs for the pharmaceutical industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Sales, Biology or Chemistry and at least 2 to 3 years work experience.
- Language skills: English (fluency is a must), German (at least some basic knowledge), and other languages are of advantage.
