**Your duties & responsibilities**:

- Defines and drives the implementation of the Divisional HR strategy, derived out of business needs and in alignment with the Global HR strategy
- Overall responsibility for HR core processes of Recruiting, Termination, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits and Development of key positions of the organization -on site level and Sales positions in the Divisional Matrix structure
- Acts as sparring partner for Divisional management in all organizational and HR related matters at a local and regional level
- Being part of the Global HR management team, ensuring a close cooperation with Group Compensation and Benefits as well as Organization and People Development Department
- Leads and develops her/his regional HR team, which is located de-centrally at the sites (5 people)
- Drives further all Group wide L&D processes (Succession Planning, Talent Management, Performance Management, etc.) with strong focus on people development and talent acquisition as well as retention
- Leads organizational development (OD) projects and implements organizational changes
- Supports M&A activities on HR side and integration of new entities from change and OD perspective
- Develops and executes HR policies and programs to achieve the growth and people related goals

**Requirements**:

- Work experience in a similar HR leadership role at Regional/Divisional or Group management level
- 10+ years of experience in HR management - with strong background as HR Generalist and in Learning and Development as well as Talent Management
- Worked in an international environment, additional plus for experiences in the production industry
- Strong knowledge in the L&D as well as Organizational Development area and Change Management, solid background in Comp & Ben
- Hands on mentality, dynamic and pro-active personality, passion for people and development
- Trainer and Coaching education considered as advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally
