Our robots operate globally, in a wide range of roles, but primarily we operate within the energy industry, working to make industrial plants safer, greener and more reliable.

**what you’ll be doing**

We are looking for a hands-on entrepreneurial **vice president /** **sale (f/m/x)** to develop Taurob's global sales activities. You will define and execute the overall sales strategy, build-up and manage a fast-growing sales team and oversee our field operations on customer sites. Additionally, you are responsible for building up global sales partnerships. You report directly to our executive board.

Within this role you will deal with:

- Developing and executing our sales strategy (direct and indirect channels)
- Building-up and managing our sales teams & field operations
- Negotiating and executing sales partnerships
- Building and fostering relationships with key clients
- Planning and managing an overall sales budget with our Finance team
- Adapting and streamlining sales processes in cooperation with our HSEQ Team
- Taking charge of recruiting and hiring your sales team
- Monitoring market and competitor activity
- Overseeing of tendering and responding to RFPs, RFIs and translating them into proposals

- A university degree in business administration, sales, marketing or a related field
- Several years of experience in a similar role in sales - ideally a track record in the energy or other capital-intensive industries
- The ability to drive the sales process from planning to completion
- Experience in leading, supporting and motivating a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- A precise and well-organized way of working
- Strong social skills and professional attitude
- Stress-resistance and customer-focus
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent or native ability in English (C1 minimum)
