**Vice President (M/F/d) - Channel Services & Info-Management**:

- Lead channel processes, launch management, and product owners
- Serve as the interface between B2C business units and IT, as well as data insights for prioritization, budget control, and progress tracking.
- Ownership of products as CRM tools, sales tools and robotics. In this role being responsible for development and operational stability of these business-critical products.
- Support B2C projects and processes, including communication preparation for impact channels and front-liners
- Manage product and campaign launches, including communication to channels
- Continuously develop customer-related processes based on channel and customer feedback, and represent B2C projects and roadmap planning while interfacing with robotics for business units
- You have several years of experience in leadership and B2C?
- You have excellent communication skills and a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset?
- You have knowledge in the area of project and process management?
