Aufgaben
- Hauptverantwortlich für den Vertriebserfolg im Geschäftsbereich Energie
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Gewinnung und Bindung globaler Schlüsselkunden im Energiesektor
- Entlastung des CEO im Bereich Sales mit direkter Berichtslinie an die Geschäftsführung
- Aktives Key Account Management globaler Kunden durch regelmäßige Kommunikation und persönlichen Kontakt, vornehmlich in Englisch
- Festigung der Position als Trusted Advisor durch kollaborative Entwicklung kundenzentrierter Lösungsansätze
- Verhandeln und Abschließen von Langfristverträgen auf globaler Ebene, um die Rentabilität und den Erfolg des Unternehmens sicherzustellen
- Gewinnung von neuen Key Accounts in strategischen Geschäftsfelder

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit wirtschaftlicher Zusatzausbildung oder vergleichbares
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im internationalen technischen Lösungsvertrieb mit globalen Key Accounts, idealerweise im Bereich der Elektrotechnik oder verwandten Branchen
- Aktive, vertriebsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie hoher Kundenorientierung
- Kompetenz, die erforderlichen Pre-Sales-Ressourcen im Unternehmen für ein Projekt zu mobilisieren
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Weltweite Reisebereitschaft

Vergütung ab € 170.000 brutto p.a. In Abhängigkeit von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung wird eine marktkonforme Dotierung geboten.
