**Our business**
**Your role**:
- You prepare and develop a structured and daily optimized meeting plan & schedule, discuss meeting agenda together with the Senior Vice President and propose changes
- You handle all requests by phone from internal and external parties independently
- You develop, organize and verify business trips, internal and external meetings as well as events
- You develop messages and create communication materials for various channels and prepare documents and presentations for the Executive Board as well as external presentations for meetings and conferences
- You monitor the returns and deadlines of tasks assigned to the direct reports of the Senior Vice President
- You establish a filing system for confidential, all other data and information
- You analyze the monthly budget, prepare the Corporate Affairs budget jointly with the Department Heads and Department Managers and check the accounting of all invoices, travel expenses as well as all other expenses of the SVP and ensures timely payment
**Your profile**:
- You have a Bachelor Degree in Administration or a related field or at least 1 year of relevant professional experience
- You have strong project management, organizational and time management skills
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP
- You have proven experience of working under pressure with the focused approach and the ability to identify priorities
- Your level of discretion, confidentiality and reliability is high
- You are a strong Team Player
- You have an empathic personality
- You have excellent communication skills and you are fluent in English and German
