**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Ensure efficient time and meeting management of your SVP's calendar and prepare and develop a structured and daily optimized meeting plan and schedule
- Writing and tracking of meeting minutes for the weekly People & Culture Leadership Team meeting
- Independently handles all requests by phone from internal and external parties
- You plan, organize and verify business trip, internal & external meetings and internal & external events
- Prepare documents and presentations for your SVP, as well as external presentations for meetings and conferences
- Liaises independently with external contract partners (agencies, headhunters, event organizing, etc.)
- Manages information flows: prepares, edits and responds to incoming and outgoing correspondences in German and English
- Proactive follow up on the returns and deadlines of tasks assigned to the SVP and his direct reports and you act as a point of contact & guidance for the direct reports of your SVP
- Checks the accounting of invoices, travel expenses and all other expenses of your SVP and ensures timely payment

**Your profile**:

- You have a Bachelor Degree or minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience
- High level of discretion and reliability and maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to priorities and multi-task
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (German and English)
- Independent and structed way of working
- High service orientation
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
