**Your role**:

- Communication of the instructions from SVP to internal and external stakeholders
- Receiving and screening telephone calls, letters, and/or visitors, answering routine questions
- Scheduling of appointments and making arrangements for meetings, conferences, and travel.
- Organizing and maintaining files of SVP's correspondence and records, following up on pending matters
- Preparing complex correspondence, reports and presentations.
- Assisting and support the Senior Vice President with his projects and special assignments
- Organizing and expediting flow of work through SVP's office and initiates any follow-up action.

**Your profile**:

- You have a bachelor's degree in professional training administration or in a commercial area
- You have minimum one year of relevant professional experience
- You have excellent MS-Office knowledge
- You have outstanding organizational and time management skills
- You have the ability to multitask and prioritize workloads
- Proactive thinking and acting as well as high flexibility
- Discretion and confidentiality are key
- Very good English and German language skills
