**The Business Unit “New Technologies” focuses on the development and distribution of proprietary biological products as alternatives to chemical-synthetic products, thus serving conventional and organic agriculture.**

Due to the expansion of our New Tech team we are looking for an ambitious and experienced

**SENIOR MANAGER PRODUCT & PORTFOLIO NEW TECH (M/F/D)**:
Position based in Vienna, Austria

**Your tasks**:

- Direct line management of an international team of Product Managers and Technical Marketing Managers
- Lead the portfolio management for New Tech across all categories
- Be responsible for life cycle management of existing assets, portfolio gap identification and commercial steering of pipeline overall
- Maximize Business Unit contribution by allocating resources and managing costs between different segments and projects
- Excel in powerful product launches at international level
- Co-create the strategy of the Business Unit New Tech and support the strategic initiatives to achieve future growth targets
- Supervise annual marketing plans of categories
- Work closely with the Distribution and external sales partners to establish and maintain consistency between Portfolio and Brand Strategies, Marketing Plans and Commercial as well as Channel Strategies and support sales
- Ensure build up market and competitor knowledge base across the categories
- Leads market research projects across categories
- Develop, improve and rigorously implement standardized planning processes
- Expand capability build up for product development, marketing and launches of biological products and ensure build-up of appropriate competencies for asset protection (legal, IP, commercial)

**Your skills**:

- Business degree or Agronomic degree with relevant business background
- Min. 5 years’ experience in different marketing and sales positions, ideally in an international agrochemical or biologicals’ company
- Proven leadership competencies
- Deep knowledge of portfolio and product marketing
- Experience in strategic planning & pricing
- Experience in the launching and international distribution of products
- Proactive, inspiring personality with the joy of international cooperation and further expanding a new business unit
- Good at analyzing and interpreting data for decision making and identifying opportunities
- Independent, solution-oriented development and implementation in the area of responsibility
- Very good at working closely together with different internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, networking skills and ability to manage multiple interfaces
- Perfect command of English - German is a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 30%

**Our offer**:

- Gross yearly salary of at least € 70.000,
- Willingness to overpay, depending on your professional qualifications and experience
