**Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/x)**:
Seeking a dynamic Performance Marketing Manager for an international client in the gaming industry located in Vienna. Key responsibilities include strategy development, campaign management, and data analytics in a team-focused environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy & Campaign Management**
- Develop and implement user acquisition campaigns
- **Budget Monitoring**
- Monitor and forecast budget with a focus on performance increase/profitability
- **Partnership Management**
- Manage contact with external partners and agencies
- Analyze performance data, KPIs and provide insights & reports
- **Team Collaboration & Communication**
- Work with a team of performance marketers to leverage growth
- Communicate with designers for creative strategies in campaigns
- **Project Management**

**Your Profile**:

- **Education & Experience**
- Completed higher education in Marketing, Business Administration, or related
- 3+ years experience in performance marketing, preferably in an app business or agency
- **Technical Skills**
- Experience with ad platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok
- Knowledge in Data Analytics and marketing analytics tools
- **Soft Skills**
- Independent, structured working style with high responsibility
- Great team player with excellent communication skills
- **Additional Skills**
- SEO/ASO experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
