For our international marketing team we are looking for an experienced and responsible colleague for the role of Performance Marketing Manager.
Your areas of responsibility
Lead, develop and implement growth strategies and projectsCreate, implement and manage multiple user acquisition experiments & channelsStreamline and scale the acquisition and conversion funnels on different channelsDevelop and work on an effective and disruptive communication strategiesWork with all available data sources to analyze and implement ways on maximizing potential of of both organic and paid channels to deliver highest ROI
Your profile
Working experience in a fast-paced environment such as online marketing or consulting and willingness to go the extra mileAlways up to date with the latest new online marketing trends and are how to master the details of performance managementExcellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to recognize and solve conflicts with a positive mindsetAbsolute expert in performance marketing KPIs and proficient skills with state of the art AI toolsPositive, proactive sentiment, dynamic environments push you to your highest performanceAbility to work independently and responsibly with a strong analytical and quantitative mindset
