**Deine Rolle im Team**:

- Du treibst die Weiterentwicklung, Umsetzung und Steuerung unserer Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie mit den Schwerpunkten Klimaschutz und Kreislaufwirtschaft voran.
- Du übernimmst für ausgewählte transformative Initiativen innerhalb unserer Nachhaltigkeitsschwerpunkte die Projektleitung.
- Du unterstützt die Fachbereiche bei der Entwicklung von bereichsspezifischen Nachhaltigkeitslösungen, strategierelevante Leistungsindikatoren und Prozessen.
- Du kooperierst eng mit wesentlichen Stakeholdern (v.a. Kunden), um deren Anforderungen zu verstehen und unterstützt bei der Entwicklung innovativer, nachhaltiger Geschäftsmodelle.
- Du bist die fachliche Ansprechperson für interne und externe Anfragen in Bezug auf Klimaschutz und Kreislaufwirtschaft.
- Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung des firmeninternen ESG-Reportings mit Fokus auf die ökologischen Erfordernisse von CSRD und EU-Taxonomie.

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Wirtschaft, Technik oder Naturwissenschaften, bevorzugt mit einer Spezialisierung oder Weiterbildung in Umwelt-, Ressourcen
- oder Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement.
- Du bringst ausgezeichnete Fachkenntnisse und einschlägige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Klimaschutz und Kreislaufwirtschaft mit; idealerweise in einem Industrieunternehmen.
- Verhandlungsgeschick, Zahlenaffinität, Belastbarkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen zeichnen dich aus.
- Du denkst ganzheitlich, systemisch und arbeitest genau und strukturiert. So kannst du komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich aufbereiten und verfügst über hohe Problemlösungs
- und Projektmanagementkompetenz.
- Ein sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen sowie sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt.
- Kommunikations
- und Organisationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit, eine proaktive sowie eigenständige Arbeitsweise und Hands-On-Mentalität runden dein Profil ab.
