**What you will be doing**
- Designing and evolving an AI-enhanced learning ecosystem that significantly outperforms traditional education, demonstrated by measurable improvements in student achievement data.
- Directly interacting with students through virtual platforms to comprehend their learning journeys, challenges, and achievements, using these insights to refine the learning ecosystem continuously.
- Analyzing learning platform data to reveal actionable insights and devise impactful academic interventions using AI/ML, learning science, and motivational practices.
- Promoting a culture of experimentation and evidence-based decision-making, utilizing data to unlock transformative growth in students' learning paths.
- Collaborating with platform engineering, data science, and design teams to convert academic insights and student feedback into seamless product improvements.
**What you will NOT be doing**
- Simply wrapping traditional education in AI. This isn't about mimicking classroom instruction digitally - we're reimagining learning from the ground up.
- Analyzing data in isolation. You'll routinely engage with K-12 students, valuing their feedback as essential input from our clients.
- Waiting for consensus to push boundaries. You'll lead a bold vision and rally support around data-driven outcomes.
- Adhering to conventional methods. You'll have the freedom to experiment with new approaches to motivation, assessment, and instruction.

**Key Responsibilities**
Lead the charge in AI-driven, teacher-less education to achieve outstanding student outcomes across several campuses. Integrate data analytics with regular student interaction to continually refine our learning ecosystem, as indicated by AP exam results and MAP assessment growth.
- Master's degree or higher in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Leadership experience in education or EdTech.
- Practical experience with AI technologies in an educational or professional setting.
- Experience in designing and implementing AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning.
- Strong grasp of learning science principles and data-driven educational methods.
- Proven skill in conveying complex educational and technical concepts to varied audiences.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing intricate projects.
