Als Senior Product Manager arbeiten Sie an der Entwicklung eines zukunftsfähigen Produktportfolios, gestalten das Sortiment nach wirtschaftlichen und strategischen Kriterien und erarbeiten die Basis (4Ps) für die erfolgreiche Entwicklung unseres Produkt
- und Leistungsangebots im Bereich Tür.

- und Leistungsprogrammes
- Systematisches Produktportfolio-Management inkl. Steuerung des Produktlebenszyklus

- und Auslaufmanagement)
- Projektverantwortung für strategische Produkt
- und Innovationsprojekte
- Ganzheitliche Entwicklung von Vermarktungskonzepten, Produktideen und neuen Geschäftsmodellen
- Konzeptionierung und Umsetzung von Markt-, Kundenbedürfnis
- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von produkt
- und marktspezifischen Ergebnisanalysen
- Ansprechpartner für strategische Produkt
- und Sortimentsfragen

**Das sollten Sie mitbringen**:

- Abgeschlossene technische bzw. wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Fachschule, HTL, FH, Uni) oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Technisches Interesse und Verständnis
- Hohe Markt
- und Kundenorientierung, Überzeugungskraft und Leistungsbereitschaft, sowie Teamfähigkeit und Kreativität
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlicher Reisetätigkeit

Das Mindestbruttojahresgehalt laut Kollektivvertrag der Metalltechnischen Industrie beträgt für diese Position € 44.908,22.
