In your new job you will:

- Oversee the **training plan execution **, drive the matching of training requests to production partners, **create concrete training development schedules **, and hold the responsible parties accountable for on-time deliverables
- Run a **final review of the delivered training content **and ensure that it includes the assets needed for publishing and proper display
- Provide **status and executive reporting **on the training development execution
- **Identify, analyze and minimize **potential problems that could negatively impact the training development processes
- Optimize and continuously **improve training management processes and workflow**:

- **Act as the **global interface for training coordination **and administration to PSS Academy for regional counterparts, and between production partners, syllabus owners, trainers and other stakeholder groups**:

- **Own and maintain **project management tools **for training development**:

- **Ensure regular and **effective communication of training offering **to our target groups through newsletter input and the administrative maintenance of PSS Academy training catalog**

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- **2+ years of experience **in project management, organizational management, event management, learning management or similar
- Academic background in **business administration, educational sciences and administration, media management, instructional design, training or games development**:
