Unsere MM-Academy sucht helfende Hände und einen ordnungsschaffenden Kopf als Unterstützung in der Seminarorganisation und -verwaltung für **20h pro Woche **.

**Deine Rolle**:

- Du organisierst und verwaltest unser gruppenweites Weiterbildungsangebot der MM-Academy in unserem Learning Management System, **von „A“ wie Anlage des Trainings bis „Z“ wie Zertifikat**:

- Du verantwortest das „Daily Business“ der MM-Academy-Inbox, ein organisiertes Outlook-Postfach lässt dein Herz höherschlagen
- Du bist Ansprechperson von Vortragenden, Trainer:innen und Teilnehmenden den Ablauf und der Organisation unseres Weiterbildungsangebots betreffend
- Du bringst Interesse an verschiedensten HR-Instrumenten, wie Business-Coaching, Multi-Source-Feedback, eLearnings und Ähnlichem mit
- Du unterstützt das Learning & Development Team bei der Organisation gruppenweiter Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen und der Steuerung interner und externer beteiligter Personen

**Dein Profil**:

- Du studierst Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing und Kommunikation oder Human Resources (oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang)
- Du nutzt alle MS Office Programme auf fortgeschrittenem Level und hast Interesse am Umgang mit digitalen Anwendungen, wie z.B. SAP
- Du bringst Genauigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit mit, Spaß im Team ist dir aber mindestens genauso wichtig
- Du bist bei Freunden als Organisationstalent bekannt, das kein Detail vergisst
- Du kommunizierst in Deutsch sowie Englisch auf C-Level (in Wort und Schrift)

Das Gehalt für diese Position beträgt € 2.300 brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis im Bachelorstudium / € 2.500 im Masterstudium.
