**Tasks**:
HOERBIGER Business Unit EET is a supplier of unique products in technology focused markets. EET - Engine Technology is one of the lead supplier for performance defining technology for reciprocating natural gas and hydrogen engines to diverse OEMs.

Product Manager (PM) interacts with broad range of departments and stakeholders - both internal and external. The role supports product in its each phase of the product lifecycle and ensures alignment with the company´s strategic objectives while meeting the customer expectation. PM contributes to product pricing strategy by actively seeking for opportunities to further reduce cost of existing product portfolio. PM plays essential role in strategic decisions related with the new product development by providing in-depth market analysis as well as serial cost estimates already in the early stages of the development. PM´s good understanding of various internal combustion engine systems help to facilitate customer´s orientation within HOERBIGER´s product portfolio.
- Actively explores the opportunities to reduce cost of existing product portfolio
- Develops and maintains market expertise both on customers and competitors
- Ensures products are meeting industry standards and certifications
- Further enhance and maintain internal product/component categorization and related processes
- Supports customers in orientation within product portfolio
- Oversees and actively manages and contributes to customer development projects

**Requirements**:

- Higher Technical Education (HTL) or similar
- Excellent analytical skills
- Basic understanding of internal combustion engine working principle
- Strong language skills (oral and written) in English and German
- Ability to work in the interdisciplinary team within global organization
- Experience with SAP, Autodesk Inventor
- Hands-on approach
- Experience in automotive and/or industrial engine industry is advantage
