We are seeking a passionate Product Manager AutoStore EMEA who will play an important role in shaping the future of our mechatronic and software-driven products. Your mission is to transform internally developed prototypes into market-ready solutions, drive product success post-launch, and contribute to the strategic growth of our portfolio. You will work at the intersection of technology, business, and customer needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver innovative and competitive products.

**Your tasks**
- **Product Development & Launch**: Transitioning functional prototypes into final products, ensuring they meet technical, quality, and market requirements.
- **Documentation & Compliance**: Creating and maintaining comprehensive product documentation to support development, sales, and customer service.
- **Post-Launch Management**: Supporting products after their release, including troubleshooting, continuous improvement, distribution, and customer support.
- **Market & Competitive Analysis**: Conducting in-depth research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive opportunities, and translating these insights into actionable strategies.
- **Business Strategy**: Calculating and presenting business cases to justify and prioritize development projects, and creating a clear product roadmap.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Working closely with sales, marketing, and development teams to ensure products align with market demands and business goals. You will also evaluate and refine innovative ideas proposed by colleagues.
- **Customer Insights**: Designing surveys and gathering feedback to inform product enhancements and market positioning.
- **Professionalization & Growth**: Taking the initiative to build, structure, and professionalize this area within the company, leaving a lasting impact on our product management processes.

**Your profile**

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in software, engineering or a related technical field
- Further training in product management
- Excellent German and English skills
- A strong ability to develop product marketing strategies, analyze market data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong technical background.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on implementation.
- Strong rhetorical skills, and the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- You are versatile, proactive, and flexible, with a passion for innovation and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

- Proven experience in product management, ideally for mechatronic systems with a strong focus on software, or related technologies.
