**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Entwicklung und Implementierung von zukunftsorientierten Trainings-, und Lernformaten und Konzepten, beispielweise im Bereich Talentmanagement, Nachfolgeplanung, Mitarbeiter:innen-, und Führungskräfteentwicklung sowie Perfomance Management
- Ansprechperson für Führungskräfte, Mitarbeiter:innen und HR Business Partner:innen
- Evaluierung des Personalentwicklungsbedarfs
- Begleitung von Personalentwicklungsagenden und Ableiten von benötigten Maßnahmen
- Projektmitarbeit und -leitung bei globalen Personalentwicklungsinitiativen sowie Mitarbeit an Projekten innerhalb der HR-Abteilung
- Gestaltung und Moderation von Assessment, Development Centern und HR-initiierten Veranstaltungen sowie eigenständige Führung und Konzeption von internen Workshops
- Kollaboration mit externen Personalentwicklungspartnern, Bildungsanbietern und Trainern
- Verantwortung und Administration für die Development Module innerhalb des HR-Systems

**Ihr Profil**:

- Studienabschluss im Bereich HR von Vorteil oder im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder ähnliches
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personalentwicklung, Trainingsmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Position
- Kenntnisse über die neuesten Trends im Bereich Schulung, Training und Entwicklung
- Gute Kontakte zu externen Trainer:innen und Coaches
- Begeisterung für neue Technologien, IT-Tools und Daten gleichermaßen wie für die Feinheiten der Kommunikation und zwischenmenschlichen Beziehungen
- Offen für neue Ideen, kommunikative Persönlichkeit und Freude an der Umsetzung
- Hervorragendes Deutsch und Englisch

Wir bieten Ihnen eine attraktive und leistungsgerechte Vergütung, die sich an Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung orientiert. Für diese Position kommt der Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte im Metallgewerbe zur Anwendung. Ihren engagierten Beitrag honorieren wir mit einem Mindestgehalt von € 54.000;
